The policies and functions of the association are decided by the council meetings to which all affiliated clubs are entiteled to send representatives.
The policies and functions are overseen by the executive committee which is elected at the anual general meeting held in June each year.
The detailed running of the activities is managed and coordinated by the managers and discipline coordinators and their respective committees.
